1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VibeSecure's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

VibeSecure provides automated and human-reviewed security audits of source code. We offer multiple service tiers with varying scope and turnaround times.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for auditing code you own or have authorization to audit. You agree NOT to misuse the services, violate security, or abuse our staff/systems.

4. Code Submission and Processing

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in your code.
• Handling: We process code in isolated environments and delete it within 72 hours.
• Representations: You warrant that you own the code and it does not contain illegal content.

5. Payment and Billing

Fees are as stated on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if we find zero vulnerabilities in your audit, we will refund 50% of your audit fee (subject to terms).

6. Intellectual Property

VibeSecure owns the Services and methodologies. You own your code and the audit reports we generate for you.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

While we strive to identify vulnerabilities, we do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be found or that your code will be completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $500 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.
