  • Code and Repository Data: Source code submitted for audit, Repository metadata, Configuration files.
  • Communications: Support requests, Feedback, Contact form submissions.

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, Time spent, Click patterns.
  • Device and Technical Data: IP address, Browser type, Operating system.
  • Cookies: Essential cookies, Analytics cookies (with consent).

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • OAuth Providers: GitHub/GitLab profile info, Repository list (read-only).
  • Payment Processor: Stripe transaction confirmation, Billing address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our security audit services.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send audit results and notifications.
  • Detect and prevent fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We Do NOT Sell Your Data.

We share data with trusted service providers (Stripe, AWS/GCP, Sendgrid) only for specific purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Retention

  • Source code submissions: Deleted within 72 hours of audit completion.
  • Account information: Retained until account deletion + 30 days.
  • Audit reports: 2 years (or until account deletion).

Important: Your source code is processed in isolated containers and never used to train AI models.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), isolated processing environments, and regular security audits.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. EEA and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.
